These sessions are geared to preparing those who wish to grade to Degree level. Those who attend regularly will have their ITF Status Cards paid for.
All 1st Kups and over are eligible to attend these sessions. Each session will be taken by senior Instructors from the area £6.00 per person |

These 1 hour sessions are open to 4th Kup and over, and will focus on grading syllabus work at a higher technical level.

These Fitness and Sparring Sessions with Mr Chris Randall are run every Saturday at the Elm Centre Pilsley 4.00pm to 5.00pm. Open to all Lloyd School Students the sessions are designed to improve fitness and sparring skills at all grade levels from white belt and are useful to anyone who wishes to develop their competition skills. £3.00 per person
Heart of England Students may also attend these sessions but only with their Instructor's permission

The National sessions are for anyone who wants to build on their fitness & develop their sparring techniques. The sessions can be used as a stepping stone for working towards International Squad.
Everyone is welcome as these sessions are for anyone. Each session will be taken by Instructors from the area £6.00 per person

Lloyd Schools Inter Club Competition
Sutton Team currently hold the Trophy having won both rounds 1 & 2
Date of round 3 is to be confirmed
Oak Tree Leisure Centre, Jubilee Way South, Forest Town, Mansfield, Notts, NG18 3RT (Next to Tesco)
All Lloyd Schools Students can compete in this event including Junior TKD students - All grades required.
Each team requires a minimum of 2 JT's, 2 White Belt to Green Belts, 2 Blue Tags to Black Tags and 2 Black Belts (1*Junior and 1 * Cadet). More would be better and everyone will get to perform at least one event. Lower grades will be able to compete up but higher grades cannot compete down.
Events will include Sparring, Patterns, Korean Terms, Egg & Spoon Race and Sack Race. There will also be a Team Pattern Category.
Entry fee is £2.00 per student and spectators purely to cover room hire.
See Team Captains Reece Gallagher at Pilsley, Ryan Alvey at Sutton or Steven Fitch at Rainworth for more info and to reserve your place on a team. Deputy Team Captains include Alison Williams at Rainworth, Andrew Cripps at Pilsley and Simon Scales at Sutton.
The winning Team will be presented with the Trophy provided by APC Accountants to be held until the next event. The Trophy will be passed around all team members to be held for a period of time to be determined by the team captains.

Saturday 12th November 2011 A Massive thank You to all our students who supported this event. This was a fund Raising event for our International Competitors, all of whom are now preparing for the 2012 World Championships in Canada and the WKA Kick Boxing Championships in Orlando, Florida. Well over £1,000 was raised towards the International Competitor funds. We look forward to seeing you all at the next Heart of England event |

Heart of England-ITF Championships 2012 TBC Dalton Close, Langley Mill, Notts, NG16 4HL
This competition will be open to all insured Martial Arts Groups (subject to the Heart of England-ITF Chairmans approval) and will include the usual 4 ITF Disciplines of Patterns, Sparring (continuous), Power and Special Techniques. There will also be a 5th category of Point Stop Sparring for which an additional fee will be payable. See entry form and guidance notes.
